Meet Lindsay, BSN, RN, CPN, HWNC-BC, CPT, pN1-NC

Hello and welcome!  My name is Lindsay, Registered Nurse, Coach, and Mama.  As a Certified Pediatric Nurse, most of my 16 years of RN experience is in pediatrics.  But not only do I love working with little ones, my passion also lies in my over 10 years of fitness, health, and nutrition coaching as both a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

At Mama Coach, I blend all my professional backgrounds as a Board Certified Nurse Health & Wellness Coach to provide your family with holistic, evidence-informed care to successfully navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.  As a mom myself, I truly appreciate that raising a family can be both rewarding and challenging at times.  Even though your child’s care is important, I consider the well-being and mental health of your family as a whole.  So I’m here to support and empower you in your parenthood journey.  I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your tribe!
